The rates below are per room per night based on 2 people sharing the room

and include Full English Breakfast & Complimentary Tray.

Orchid Room	Double room	King size bed with en suite shower room	£60.00 per room per night for 2
Rose Room	Twin Room	2 single beds with en suite shower room	£60.00 per room per night for 2

Single occupancy is £45.00 per night. Weekly rates are available

Conditions

Children are welcome and receive reduced rates.
Well behaved dogs are allowed by prior arrangement, £5 to £10 rates apply.
Please note we are a non smoking establishment and that includes all the rooms in the house.
A non refundable deposit is required to confirm the booking. The remaining balance to be paid on departure.
Please note we only accept cash or cheques in payment.
We do prefer guests to arrive after 4pm and before 9pm. Please let us know if this is a problem.
Check out by 10.30am to help us prepare for incoming guests.
